Tribute Gifts

UU Animal Ministry is proud to invite you to honor living human and nonhuman beings, and memorialize people and other animals who have passed away, by making a gift and submitting words and images in tribute.

Here are the two steps involved in making a gift in honor or in memory.

1) Donate. Your generous gift will be gratefully received, and put to work for UUAM’s mission of compassion, respect, protection, and justice. Thank you!

2) Fill out the following information (or submit it by postal mail to UUAM, 625 Wesley Commons Dr. #39,

Tribute Message

You are also invited to submit a tribute message you would like displayed on the Honor & Memory Wall. Please do not include links, email addresses, etc. in your tribute message, and please limit your text to 200 characters max. Need an easy way to count characters? Disclaimer: UUAM reserves the right to not post any text or image that UUAM deems unsuitable for the Honor & Memory Wall, for any reason, at UUAM’s sole discretion. In the unlikely case we receive a submission we deem unsuitable for posting, we will seek to work with the submitter to revise or replace the materials submitted, and then post the mutually agreed upon text and/or image, or will refund all or part of the donation at the submitter’s request.
